Whisky is amber with golden hues. The complex aroma is expressed with the notes of sandalwood, cedar, sakura flowers, dried fruits and honey. Soft, smooth and perfectly balancedon the palate, with nuances of cedar, dried fruits, honey and a long aftertaste with warm highlights of tobacco and wild cherries.

Whisky is recommended to be served as a digestif, as well as paired with smoked fish and seafood dishes.

The world's first whisky aged in Japanese cedar casks. Whisky is created from Japanese spirits and specially selected distillates from other countries. Pure spring water is then added to the mixture.

This expertly blended mixture of Japanese and Reserve whiskies is first aged in Japanese cedar and then sakura casks. Double aging in casks of different types of wood results in the creation of a balanced, harmonious, unusually soft whisky dominated by nuances of sandalwood and wild cherry.

The creation of whisky was inspired by the ancient traditions of Nara Prefecture and the sacred Sakura tree. Sakura in Japan symbolizes the fragility of life and the transience of beauty.
